We are looking for an experienced systems engineer who can code and can focus on our customers success - making sure our products solve their problems well. This job involves a lot of customer interactions, support, coding in Go, devops and systems engineering.
You understand how computers work and what role an operating system plays.
You know why the Linux kernel is written in C and not any other language.
You have a favorite file system, you know what a syscall is and you are comfortable exploring
You like the idea of using Kubernetes, Go, Python, Terraform and Ansible every day, are not afraid of Makefiles and
enjoy setting up secrets management, CI/CD automation, networks and clusters deployments.
You understand networking very well and know what
You should also be comfortable joining an early stage company with a dynamic future.

If you are this kind of person, here is what you will be working on:
- Closely work with customers to build complex Kubernetes deployments of microservices.
- Work with key customers on complex deployments of our products Telekube and Teleport.
- Build deployment automation tools with Go, Terraform, Kubernetes and containers.
- Build new features for Telekube and Teleport to fit customers needs.

- Linux administration, Linux networking

This is an on-site position that is available either in our office in Oakland or Toronto.
